Storyline
Mithun is a playboy and from rich family.His father is a
lawyer(Danny).Whenever he sees any beautiful girls he follows her and do
many things to impress her and at last when girl is impressed and in
love with him he makes the girl pregnent and leave her.Rati is a girl
from middle class family and when mithun once meet with beautiful rati
he tries his techniques to impress her by using same techniques which he
had used with many other girls to spoil their life previously and
finally he get success also.Later rati find out that she is pregnent and
force mithun to marry her but mithun Denys and says he even don't know
her.Because of being pregnent rati's parent tells her to do abortion of
child but she denies and and tells them that she want to give the right
which the child need that is father name. Due to this her parents send
her out of home.But even after this incident also she continuously
struggle for getting justice for which she takes help from rekha who is

"I Want Justice!" - well made social film.
When a smart
middle-class girl Malati (Rati) finds out that her boyfriend Suresh
(Mithun) does not take her seriously, she leaves him. But then she finds
out she is pregnant, and Suresh does not want to take any kind of
responsibility. While her parents fear an expected scandal and demand
that she make an abortion, she decides to take him to court. She meets a
lawyer named Shakuntala (Rekha) with whom she develops a friendship,
while Suresh is represented by his father Dayashankar (Danny).
Interestingly, the same story happened 20 years ago with the two
lawyers. Shakuntala, who has an illegitimate child from Dayashankar, is
decisive to win this case as she had already experienced this. And the
story takes shape then.
Interesting and alluring, the film is very well directed by Rama Rao Tatieni. It is increasingly more intense as time goes by and the court scenes are very well done. The characters of Malati and Shakuntala represent the strong women of the society who will do anything to fight societal injustice. They don't spend time crying for their ill-fate. I liked the portrayal of their friendship and rapport and how both find ways to help each other (see the film to understand). The story is good, the dialogues are well-written, the music by Laxmikant-Pyarelal is melodious, and the film's style quite reminds me of Hrishikesh Mukherjee's style of film-making. The film is not overdone and for the most part does not go over the top.

Mithun is great in this semi-negative role. Danny manages to be as hateful as possible. But expectedly enough, the real show-stealer is Rekha, who plays her fantastic role of a decisive lawyer with great passion and conviction. She was not even 30 and played a 40 plus woman, yet she looks the most perfect choice for the part. Her facial expressions, dialogue delivery, body language are all spot on and evidently aim to show the determination of her character. The film's ending is a bit unsettling, but otherwise the film flows well and there are quite a few reasons to watch it.
