Movie Synopsis
:
Aflatoon is thestory of a happy-go-lucky youngman Raja(Akshay) who
roams about the town alongwith his friends without doing any work. His
carefree habits are the sole cause of worry to his old mother whom Raja
keeps giving false hopes that one day he shall become a very very big
man-rich enough to offer mother her meal on a golden platter, and she
pacifies herself with sweet dreams. . Raja counsels with his friends the
get-quick-rich formula-to get married to a girl-and pursues his mission
with eyes and ears open,till one day he comes across an accident
implicating a prospective candidate for the job of a college lecturer.
In the melee Raja grabs the file containing all the documents and
biodata plus the appointment letter. He gets the brain waive and he
charges straight for the college. Mr.Raja becomes college Prof. . He
breaks the good news to his friends saying all girl-students in the
college are millionaires. Now to pick up the richest and only daughter
of her parents, he manages to steal the admission forms of the student
and finds the right girl, the daughter of a muti-millionaire uday
Prakash. Raja manages to entice the girl Pooja (Urmilla) and in the
make-believe love drrama, he himself gets involved emotionally. . Pooja
takes Raja to introduce to her father, and so seeing Raja he is taken
aback, and he takes Raja aside to privately tell him that he is ditto
look-alike of a bully named Rocky who has been black mailing him
constantly for years. Uday Prakash pleads Raja to save him from this
harrowing menance. Raja agrees to help it in order to win the hands of
Pooja in matrimony. . Raja takes full advantage of being look-alike of
Racky and tries to learn all the secrets of his operation. Now Raja
becomes a menace and threat to romantic alliance of Rocky and his girl
friend Sonia. He meets Sonia in the guise of Rocky to learn all the
strings. Rocky gets baffled when he learns the truth about Raja going
about in the guise of Rocky. Rocky traps Raja as captive and he himself
plays the game of being Raja.

This movie was a B grade movie which was produced by New Filmzaar,
Bombay and was directed by Basu and Doughlas. There were five songs in
this movie and all were written by Niaz Usmani and composed by S.
Kishan. No information is known about the singers. Artists of this
movies were Kamran, Krishan Kumari, Habib, Hira Sawant etc.
Only one record was made and that record contained the song “ghalat
hai loot liya mil ke husnwaalo ne” which was a direct copy of the famous
“Al Hilaal” (1958) qawwaali :Hamen to loot liya mil ke husnwaalon ne”.
