Summary
Vikas Sabkuchwala (Akshay Kumar) is a student who repeatedly fails in his exams, much to the dismay of his father Dinanath Sabkuchwala (played by Anupam Kher). Dinanath is a miser. He is also in love with his colleague, Ayesha (Ayesha Jhulka). Dinanath's accountant's nephew Sunil Chowdhary (Suniel Shetty) comes to Mumbai from Haryana for higher education. Sunil has been expelled from most of the colleges in Haryana due to his aggressive and violent nature. In Mumbai, his uncle gets him admitted into the same college as Vikas through Dinanath's recommendation. On the first day of his college term, his uncle dresses him up to make him look like a nerd so that he doesn't get into more fights. On his way to college, Sunil meets Mamta (Mamta Kulkarni) and helps her change her car's tyre by lifting up the car. Mamta is amazed by his strength and simplicity. In the college, Vikas tries to rag Sunil and in the canteen Sunil has a chat with Mamta, after which Sunil falls in love with Mamta. Vikas and Sunil have a gruesome fight one day but they become friends eventually when Sunil saves Vikas as he is about to fall from a building. Meanwhile, a group of terrorists led by Colonel Chikara (Rami Reddy) are chased by the police and unwillingly leave a bag containing "Crypton", a nuclear missile product, in Vikas's car and flee. They eventually return to retrieve Crypton. Unable to find it, they kidnap Vikas and Ayesha and demand that Sunil deliver the product. Sunil finds Crypton and he leaves along with Mamta to deliver it. What happens later is what forms the crux of the story.Cast

Storyline
Two friends Vikas Kumar Sabkuchwala and Sunil Choudhary decides to
arrange the fake kidnapping of the two girls Ayesha and Mamta; they are
in love with; so as to convince the girls father that they can make good
son-in-law as well as meet with his demands at the same time. Only to
learn that there plans goes hay-wild when the girls are kidnapped by

Laugh out loud movie
Films were so funny and stupid in 90's especially action films like this
The film has a very funny plot and the villain looks like a joker with an expressionless face but that is Rami Reddy in all his films
The film has Akshay and Suneil playing college guys with weird costumes and 1 weird song and they first fight and Akshay troubles Suneil and they fight and then become friends
The film has some weird characters like Anupam Kher who dresses like a superman in 1 scene The krypton part gives a good twist when Akshay and Ayesha are kidnapped The impact doesn't be much strong though and the film ends in a clichéd manner
Direction is average Music is okay Camera-work is okay
Akshay Kumar is okay, this role is an extension of his role in KHILADI and he does well but he wasn't that good an actor and his dial wasn't that effective Suneil too makes you laugh at many places due to his weird dial delivery but is okay Ayesha and Mamta are okay Rami Reddy is hysterical in a negative role for wrong reasons Anupam is funny Tiku Talsania and others are okay
