Taqdeerwala is a Hindi film (English: A Man With Awesome Fate), produced by D. Rama Naidu on Suresh Productions banner, directed by K. Murali Mohana Rao. Starring Venkatesh, Raveena Tandon in lead roles and music composed by Anand–Milind. This is a remake of 1994 Telugu film Yamaleela.
Meanwhile, in hell, Yamraj (Kader Khan) (God of death) & Chitragupt (Asrani) misplace a book called Bhavishyavaani which shows future of human. The book somehow falls on the roof of Suraj's house, he benefits a lot by reading predictions of the future in the book and becomes rich and Chota Ravan is surprised how Suraj became rich in short time. Lord Brahma warns Yamraj & Chitragupt that within one month they should find out the book on earth otherwise they lose their supernatural powers. On earth Suraj again buys their palace and takes her mother to it and he asks her mother if she wants anything else. She asks him to get married so Suraj again opens the book to see whether his marriage will happen with Lilly or not. He then reads that his mother will die that day night at 10 PM. To fulfill his mother's last wish Suraj plays a marriage drama with Lilly, but accidentally his mother does not die and Lilly reveals all this drama which leads to his mother's anger and she stops talking to him until he really brings back Lilly as her daughter-in-law.
Meanwhile, Yamraj & Chitragupt reach earth in search of the book. As they reach earth they face a lot of problems as everyone thinks of them as some drama company artists. Suraj saves them once and realizes that they are real Yamraaj & Chitragupt and his mother didn't die because they are not having the book. To protect his mother Suraj traps Yamraj with the help of a girl Lata (Tisca Chopra). After sometime Yamraj gets to know the truth and also understands that the book is with Suraj. Yamraj asks him to give back the book but he refuses to return. From that day, they try for the book in many ways but fail. One day Chota Ravan beats Suraj very badly for the secret behind his success, but he doesn't reveal. Yamraj saves him and asks him why all this, he says for his mother's sake, then Yamraj understands his devotion towards her. Yamraj wants to meet her, Suraj invites them to his house without knowing their real faces and accidentally Yamraj blesses Suraj's mother for complete life.
Meanwhile, Chota Ravan wants to know the secret behind Suraj's success, he asks Lilly to go and find out the secret. Lilly plays a love drama with Suraj and asks him the secret, he refuses to reveal, she finally says he has to make a choice of her or his mother, then without any hesitation he chooses his mother and throws her out, then she understands his affection towards his mother and his love towards her. Finally, Chota Ravan kidnaps Suraj's mother and blackmails him for the book. Yamraj takes advantage of the situation, Suraj gives the book to Chota Ravan. Yamraj destroys him and recollects the book. Finally, Yamraj comes to take Suraj mother's life but she has complete life because of his blessings. Lilly also apologizes to Suraj & his mother.She marries Suraj & comes to their home. It ends with Yamraaj & Chitragupt eating HIMCREAM! (Ice cream) & watching their marriage happily!

Plot
Suraj (Venkatesh) is a mischievous guy and his mother (Reema Lagoo) is disappointed with his behavior. Suraj comes to know about his mother's past, his father (D. Ramanaidu) is a Zamindar and owner of a palace called Swarna Palace who died because of debts and they lost their entire property. Suraj swears on his mother to again buy their palace in any circumstances and make his mother happy. Lilly (Raveena Tandon) a petty thief, a very greedy women and Suraj falls in love with her at first look, but she turns him down. Chota Ravan (Shakti Kapoor) a rowdy opponent to Lilly, teases Suraj a lot and he falls sick.Meanwhile, in hell, Yamraj (Kader Khan) (God of death) & Chitragupt (Asrani) misplace a book called Bhavishyavaani which shows future of human. Storyline
A simpleton Suraj stays in a small house with his widowed mother his
friend Pandu and a Gopalji when he was a kid his family owned a huge
place known as Swarna palace which went into debts.Suraj has no means of
income but he wants to gift back the palace to his mother and can to
anything for it doesn't matter if he has to join hands with local goon
Chota Raavan.Lily is a rival of Chota Ravan whom Suraj loves but she
doesn't care for him.In the universe Yamraj and Chitragupt loose and
important book called Bhavishyavani which has details of every human
being living on earth the book falls into Suraj's house and his luck
starts after he sees his future he soon becomes a millionaire and gifts
his mother Swarna palace while Lord Dharma takes all powers of Yamraj
and Chitragupt and asks them to go on earth and find the book within a
month if they fail all their life they will have to live on earth as
human beings.One day Raja opens the book to see his future and is

Funniest Film of the Year
Taqdeerwala is a Comedy
movie with a Daft Script. The Main Actor is a dim witted man who wishes
to be rich for the sake of his mum. In the other side of the world,
there are 2 (I think Angels), who make a future book. There book falls
down to Earth and the Actor catches it. When you open the book, you see
the future e.g. Lottery Number. The Actor becomes a Millionaire and
keeps the book. The comedy starts with these 2 Angels coming to Earth to
find their books. This is a ultimate comedy movie and is almost is
difficult, not to laugh. Don't think of the daft storyline, just watch
the film and enjoy. It has some elements of Adam Sandler's LITTLE NICKY.
But, This came out much before Little Nicky. Ventakesh is the main
actor, looks pathetic but is a south Indian superstar. Raveena looks
Pretty as usual in a good role. Shakti Kapoor is the Goon that makes you
laugh in a Fantastic performance. Kader Khan is other Angel of Death in
a Brilliant Performance that makes you cry of laughter. Asrani is the
side angel in a funny performance that too makes you giggle. Anupom Kher
is one of the funniest out the lot as the police officer that provides
plenty of humour. This is a non stop entertainer.
