The film was very much in the news along with Elaan, the Vikram Bhatt directed movie as Mithunda's comeback films to Mumbai production. The team of Mithun Chakraborty and B. Subhash has earlier given films like Disco Dancer, Kasam Paida Karne Wale Ki and Dance Dance. This movie was supposed to be a comeback for a hit team Mithun Chakraborty, B Subhash and Bappi Lahiri. However, the movie was biggest disaster at box office.
Doli (Meghna Naidu) , bar dancer dances to entertain her customer, drawing false vision of lust and arousing passion in men through her sensual figure movements keeping dreams some day her Prince charming, riding on a white horse would come and take her away. Meanwhile she meets Suraj (Vikas Bhardwaj), a London bases NRI comes India for business. Love blossoms between the two and Suraj transforms Doli from a symbol of disgrace into a symbol of pure and noble love.
But the unfortunately Dr. Acharya's loyalty, rather better to tell the wicked side of him , towards his friend J.K.Malhotra (Navin Nischol), father of Suraj, evokes to insult Doli and calls her a Prostitute, Sinner, Lady of the night, Adulteress and blames her for tarnishing Suraj's reputation.Fatigued Doli finds no way other than the decision to taking refuge in Acharya's ashram. A victorious smile cures his lips, as Acharya cannot resist the lure, the forbidden joy of passion, which he always condemned - SEX.
Doli gradually realise Dr. Acharya's lustful intention to his disciples. Suraj rescues Doli from the evil clutches of Acharya as he tries to forcefully marry her. His heart is set on fire with the longing for Doli and his feet begin to quiver to the tune of Wild Romance, Sex and passion performing this story.

Guru ,Dr. Ram Gopal Acharya (Mithun Chakraborty) teaches his disciples the core difference between paap (Sin) and Punya (Goods Deeds). Storyline
An orphaned and homeless girl ends up in a dancing school run by
Sitaradevi and is named Doli, and is taught all forms of dance. When she
matures she meets with London-based Suraj J. Malhotra and both fall in
love with each other. Suraj is mesmerized by Doli's beauty and cannot
live without her. When his father finds out that his son is wooing a
prostitute, he is enraged, and contacts influential Dr. Ramgopal
Acharya, to end this relationship so that he can get his son to get
married to Damini, the daughter of wealthy Rajvansh. Ramgopal sets about
to end this relationship and succeeds, with Suraj returning to London,
while Sitaradevi is arrested by the Police for killing a man named
Chowdhury, leaving Doli homeless. She seeks shelter in Ramgopal's
ashram, where she is allowed entry reluctantly with hopes that she will
leave soon. Then the inevitable happens when Ramgopal himself starts
getting attracted to Doli's beauty, so much so that he is even willing
