When Aditya realizes that, the only way he can save Sana from total devastation, is to take her away from Bollywood and the vested interests, that threaten to destroy her completely, he runs away with Sana putting his career on the line. Those moments lived in the sanctuary of their love are like an oasis in the desert.
Until one day, suddenly, she disappears, leaving him with unanswered questions.
Aditya tries his best to save Sana from her mental illness but fails. Sana remains now only in his memories and past moments.

Synopsis
In the glitzy entertainment capital of Mumbai as dusk descends, actress Sana Azim (Kangana Ranaut) slits her wrists in a hotel room in an attempt to kill herself. Critical reception
The movie was highly praised for its direction, screenplay and noteworthy performance by Kangana Ranaut. The movie gained a positive reviews from the critics. Film critic Subhash K. Jha wrote that Ranaut "is the first female performer of Bollywood since Smita Patil and Shabana Azmi, who isn't scared to strip her soul naked for the camera" adding that she is a "hugely expressive actress with a phenomenal ability to convey torment, hurt and incredulity through the eyes". Other cast's performances were also highly appreciated.Soundtracks
The film score was composed by Raju Singh. The songs were composed by multiple composers including Jawad Ahmed, Pritam, Roop Kumar Rathod. Lyrics were penned by Sayeed Quadri. The songs were badly plagiarized by Pritam by copying the tunes (Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai lifted from Tak Bisakah by Noah); however, later the credits were given to the original artists and some of the tunes were recreated in musical arrangements. Singers like James, KK, Shreya Ghoshal, Jawad Ahmed, Kunal Ganjawala, and Glenn John lent their voices for the album. Songs like 'Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai' and "Bin Tere" were popular among the masses while other songs also managed to get a good response. Storyline
Woh Lamhe tells the
story of Sana Azim (Kangana Ranaut) as a Bollywood superstar who is
dominated by her boyfriend Nikhil (Shaad Randhawa), who makes all her
career decisions for her; to the world she is a successful and
independent woman but in reality she is lonely and lost, a mere puppet
in Nikhil's hands. Aditya Garewal (Shiney Ahuja) is an aspiring director
who is keen on casting Sana for his debut film, but only on his own
terms; he is willing to go to any lengths to get her to agree to the
film, even if that means preying on her slight insecurities and her
turbulent relationship with Nikhil. Nikhil is successful in casting her
in her film and the film turns out to be a super-hit. However, he loses
track of his plan somewhere along the way and realizes that even though
his film is complete and a super-hit, he just can't pull himself away
from Sana; he has actually fallen in love with her in spite of his
friend Sam (Purab Kohli) reminding Aditya that Sana is just their ladder

Phir Teri Kahaani Yaad Aayee meets Beautiul Mind
This movie reminded me
of a not so much of a hit film of 1993 called "Phir Teri Kahaani Yaad
Aayee", starring Pooja Bhatt. Comparing Pooja Bhatt to Kangana, you may
feel disappointed, but in her own way, Kangana has tried very hard.
Shiny Ahuja is marvelous as always. I don't know why but I came out of
the movie blaming him, as if it was he who sought relief of his previous
self, when he was a child. At major points, the movie is a direct lift
from " A Beautiful Mind". Partly misdirected, the story is strong and
actors good. Kangana looks good in the movie. At some points, there is
also a "horror" film effect that has been tried. It was meant in good
stead, but has been overdone. Also, only a few songs are good, the rest
mediocre. Overall, watch it if nothing better to do and a few hours to
kill, else can be avoided in favor of Phir Teri....( which would be very
hard to find)

Many claimants to Parveen Babi's body

Former Bollywood actress Parveen Babi's body lay unclaimed on Sunday, a day after she was found dead in her Juhu flat.
Many of her old friends, including some from the film industry, and distant relatives have been approaching the police to take custody of her body.
Police sources said "we will not give her body to anyone unless s/he is a close and direct relative. And if no such relative comes forward, we will perform the last rites after few days".
The police are apparently trying to avoid a Suraiya-like situation, in which many relatives and friends had staked claim to the property of the singer who died in January last year.
A close associate said that he was not aware that Parveen Babi had any known direct relative.
"Babi did not have any direct relative that I know of. Her father died when she was very young and her mother died three years ago. She was also the only child of her parents," said Bharat, who was Babi's make-up man for ten years from 1974.
Her will and the 2200 square feet flat, whose value runs into crores, promise to become the bone of contention between her relative and friends.
Sources said that she had made a will, which is in her flat.
The police have now sealed the flat and are conducting investigations, sources said.
Doctors who examined the body said the actress must have been dead for almost 36 hours before the body was found on Saturday afternoon.
Police sources said that apparently no "relatives were present when she was dying of starvation, her financial condition was bad and she had no food to eat. Nobody came to her aid then. Now everybody seems to be coming ahead to take custody of her dead body."
Her postmortem report revealed that she had not eaten anything before she died. Doctors only found some liquid in her stomach.
One relative, Aneesa Babi, who is a struggling artiste in the film industry, said, "She was my role model, I was inspired by her. We never met, but my father always told me about her success. Like Parveen Babi, I belong to Junagarh; and my grandmother also belongs to the royal family of Kheda, in Gujarat".
Aneesa also approached Juhu police station with her parents to claim the body.
Union Sports Minister Sunil Dutt visited the Cooper hospital mortuary, where the body is kept, and told the media that if no one from her family came ahead to claim the body, then the film industry would take up the responsibility of performing the last rites.
Film producer Mahesh Bhatt has also approached the police in connection with the matter. Bhatt is said to have been very close to Parveen Babi at one time.
